Fotio's vintage vibe fit in perfectly at Le Colonial - an upscale French-Vietnamese restaurant located in Chicago's Gold Coast. The upstairs private dining room is absolutely beautiful. They have balcony seating with a view of Rush street and plenty of plants and fun decor to really set the mood (and make you feel like you have gone back in time!).
